What do 30D and 40D mean?

They describe lash density — roughly how many fine fibres make up each cluster. They do not describe length; the millimetre lengths are labelled separately on the tray.

How do I apply the clusters?

Start with clean, dry lashes. Apply a thin layer of bond, then place each cluster underneath your natural lashes as shown in the guide, and seal. Never place on the waterline or skin.

How long do the clusters stay on?

It depends on your natural lashes, how well you bond and seal, and your daily routine. Follow the guide for the best hold, and keep oil-based products away from your lashes.

How do I remove them safely?

Use the compatible remover as directed, let the bond loosen, then slide the clusters away gently. Never pull them from dry lashes.

Can the adhesive irritate sensitive eyes?

Any eye-area adhesive can irritate some people or cause a reaction. Check the full ingredient list, follow the directions, and stop use if irritation occurs. Do not use on injured or inflamed eyes.
